Harman is a new Associate Advisor at Pandha Financial Inc. He began his career in 2019 at TD Bank Group where he advanced quickly to a Personal Banking Associate and became a licensed Financial Advisor in 2 and half years.

Harman was a recipient of two TD Quarterly Spotlight Awards where he was named a top Personal Banking Associate in his respected region, demonstrating excellence in sales and client experience.

Harman works closely with Sukhi as an apprentice and is leaning into the field as he strives to become a successful Financial Planner. Harman brings a unique style in approaching financial planning. His philosophy in ‘being a financial doctor and advise first’ emphasizes the significance of financial literacy and education. Harman is the next generation of advisors at Pandha Financial Inc.

Hobbies and interests include sports, historical drama movies, and cooking. Harman is also a big sports fan. Prior to his studies, Harman played competitive minor ice hockey at the AAA level where he competed against notable NHL players: Connor McDavid, Sam Bennet and Anthony Cirelli. Harman is the youngest child of Sukhi and Amarjit.
